I worked with Eric as my trainer for just over one year before leaving the USA. Having had personal trainers for the past 4 years, and I can adamantly state that Eric is fantastic! My goal was not for anything specific, but just to maintain what I had built up and increase leg strength to allow me to enjoy golfing and skiing.
Even though I am over 50 and have various aliments, Eric was able to push my limits but be sensitive to any health issues. His explanations of the various exercises we would do allowed me to train on my own in between sessions. For the first time in years I was able to ski every day without any pain!
Even though I am now living overseas, I love visiting the website and checking in on what great things Eric is doing with his clients.
