I originally decided to work with Eric to get myself in shape for the Detroit Tigers fantasy camp. Eric introduced me to a whole new style of training that I was not accustomed to. Eric’s workouts included much more than traditional weight lifting exercises. We worked on flexibility, core training, balance, agility and total body conditioning.
Eric also provided a cardiovascular conditioning schedule and nutrition plan. Furthermore, Eric’s program addressed limitations I have with my lower back. Not only did my back stay healthy, but it became stronger and better functioning.
The results of the training program were outstanding. I had a very successful fantasy camp, hitting the ball farther than I ever had. I was able to play every inning of all 12 games – 84 innings in a 5 day period. My body changed dramatically with the training as well. Over a 12 week period, I lost 23 pounds, cut 6% body fat and my strength increased by 60%.
I have an ongoing training program with Eric and he does a great job adapting my workouts to meet any new goals I have. I highly recommend Eric and Rock City Fitness!
