I have a unique perspective as a client of Rock City Fitness, as I have a background both as an athlete and health professional. I am a prior college athlete who started at a NCAA division 1 football program and has since become a cardiologist. I wanted to have a personal trainer who could relate to the intensity of my college training, but could adapt to my needs for health and fitness as an adult in my 40′s.
As most busy parents with full-time careers know, time is precious, and our most valuable commodity. So finding someone who could put me on track to become healthy after getting “comfortable” was essential. Eric’s background as an athlete helps tremendously, but what impresses me most is his understanding of structure and function of human anatomy and the application of an exercise routine that is efficient, challenging, and effective.
I have lost 30 pounds and dropped my body fat percentage to less than 15% in a 6 month period guided by Eric’s training and knowledge. The energy I now have to give to my work and family is limitless, and I feel like I am an athlete again.
