Many people have asked me how I came up with my company name, Rock City Fitness. Here’s the story and what the name means to me.
My workout program is progressing along nicely (still in the SST phase), but I have had to deal with a couple challenges. First, my back injury flared up! I have herniated disks and every once in a while it rears it’s ugly head.

As I said in my previous update, I am into the second month and phase of training. The second Rock City Fitness training phase is Stabilization Strength Training. This workout phase incorporates a few key progressions from the Integrated Stabilization Training phase.
