    I made it! I am finished with my 6-month workout program. I made it through the signature Rock City Fitness 6 phase training program. I enjoyed and was challenged by the workouts.

    This is it! I am pushing hard with my workouts and nutrition to hit the fitness goals I set 6 months ago. I am in the FAST phase for my workouts, so the intensity is there.

    Eric trained my team during our winter off-season months and I have never seen such an improvement in a team’s speed, strength, agility, and athletic movements in all my years being involved in the game.

    Eric did not simply show up and tell my guys what to do, he became like another coach to the guys. I can guarantee there is not a trainer anywhere around here that is as intricate and precise as Eric. When we set things up, I expected him to come in and work my guys hard, but he went way beyond that. Eric customized their workouts and made a DVD for them to watch and learn the proper lifting techniques for their workout. He spent a lot of time with our guys and provided them guidance and knowledge that will surely take them to a higher level.

    We are definitely going to have Eric work with our guys again and I would highly recommend him to any athletic team or individual who is just getting started.

    I am finishing up the PST workout phase. The actual PST workouts have been great, but I did not do very good job with my workout frequency. I only performed cardio 2 times in this time frame. Not good.
