Rock City Fitness exercise of the day! Increase core, back and leg strength and improve posture with the DB dead lift.
Coaching Keys
- Keep back straight.
- Keep chest up and out.
- Keep shoulders down and back.
- Keep stomach in.
- Initiate squat at hips, moving down and back.
- Lower until knees are at 90 degrees.
- Drive back up by contracting glutes and pushing through ankles.
