Rock City Fitness exercise of the day! Increase core, back and leg strength and improve posture with the DB dead lift.

 

Coaching Keys

  • Keep back straight.
  • Keep chest up and out.
  • Keep shoulders down and back.
  • Keep stomach in.
  • Initiate squat at hips, moving down and back.
  • Lower until knees are at 90 degrees.
  • Drive back up by contracting glutes and pushing through ankles.
