I made it! I am finished with my 6-month workout program. I made it through the signature Rock City Fitness 6 phase training program. I enjoyed and was challenged by the workouts.

This is it! I am pushing hard with my workouts and nutrition to hit the fitness goals I set 6 months ago. I am in the FAST phase for my workouts, so the intensity is there.
Here is the FAST workout video. While this is my favorite workout phase, it is the most difficult. But, I love the feeling I have after workout and knowing I didn’t hold anything back.

I am now in my last 4 weeks of my 6-month program! Wow, I can’t believe how fast this has gone by. I am on the home stretch to hit my goal.

I am finishing up the PST workout phase. The actual PST workouts have been great, but I did not do very good job with my workout frequency. I only performed cardio 2 times in this time frame. Not good.

I have now started the PST phase of training! I really enjoy this phase of training because of the up-tempo pace of the workout. PST or Power Strength Training is the first phase in the power category of strength training.

I just finished the last week of SET training. Like I stated earlier, the workout was very difficult.
I have now completed 2 weeks of the SET workout phase. There is no doubt that this is the hardest workout phase for me so far. The most brutal component to the workout is the “84 circuit.”
The fourth phase of the Rock City Fitness 6-phase training program is Strength Endurance Training. The MDT and SET phases make up the strength portion of the stabilization, strength, power progression endorsed by Rock City Fitness.
This is the last 2 weeks of Muscular Development Training. I have been working hard and making an extra effort to get more cardiovascular exercise in. I am making progress.
